Can I come and view the items in person?
Yes, you can view our items. In order for this to occur, we must make an appointment with our supplier to go and view the items in their showrooms. Appointments can be made with us on any weekday from 9:00 to 16:00.

What are the products made of?
All of our life size items are made from recycled cast aluminium.
Our smaller boxed items are either made our of recycled aluminium, iron or resin.
How long will it take for my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. On the bigger items they must be hand finished and allowed time to dry, therefore they take slightly longer than our smaller boxed items.
Either ourselves or our suppliers will then contact you a few days prior to delivery to notify you as to when we hope to deliver your items. Our smaller, boxed items will be dispatched within two working days.
All items are dispatched within a week. During extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one or two days.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Will I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes, in some cases this may be the case. If you have ordered a larger item, we will not leave it if no one is home.
Can I put items on back order?
Yes, we do offer the option for customers to put items on back order. This is a good idea on some items as they are in such high demand. When it comes to our most popular items, such as the Elk on Stone it is often the case that they are all pre-sold before we even receive them.

Most of the time we can process orders from non-mainland UK addresses. For a quotation on the delivery charges for non-mainland uk postcodes please contact us either by email or phone and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery, however in some cases we allow our customers to organise their own couriers to transport their items. If you would be interested in doing this, please contact us.
What if I have a query regarding my delivery?
If you have any queries regarding your delivery please ring us on 01638 515375 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period on the website/quotation we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If the new delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.
Can I collect my order in person?
You are welcome to collect your item/items from our suppliers. If you would be interested in doing this, please contact us and we can give you the details of the supplier and discuss collection.
How carefully is my order packaged?
As Garden Wonders is a drop shipping company, we do not pack the orders, this is done by our supplier. However, our supplier takes great care in packaging the orders using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01638 515375 or by email at email@example.com. Following this we will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will have the damaged item collected and then offer you an exchange or refund.
